IIBA Ukraine 2020 Summary

Вітаємо із завершенням непростого 2020, ділимося короткими підсумками за рік.

Цього року ми провели вибори та маємо оновлений склад Ради IIBA Ukraine Chapter. Президентом українського відділення став Yuriy Gaiduchok. Рада складається із: Denys Gobov (VP Professional Development), Iryna Kriuchkova (VP Community Development), Nadiya Trub (VP Research and Publications), Dmytro Zubets (VP Business Development), Denys Dniprovskiy (VP Marketing and Communications), Volodymyr Koval (VP Professional Events), Konstantin Slominskyy (VP Enterprise Services), та Taras Zakharkiv (VP Strategic Initiatives). Serhii Vynokurov та Volodymyr Nikulin приєдналися в ролі директорів для підтримки розвитку відділення.

Незважаючи на форс мажор із повною відміною події UBA 2020 у Києві, нам вдалося організувати та якісно провести окрему подію UBA 2020 Online із найкращими та визнаними у світі експертами у бізнес аналізі — Ronald Ross, John Zachman, Jared Gorai, Philipp Hendrickx.

У 2020 році сертифікати від IIBA отримали 46 бізнес-аналітиків із України (4 AAC, 6 ECBA, 13 CCBA, 23 CBAP), що є дуже добрим результатом. Професія розвивається і далі, і ми раді бачити, що IIBA продовжує бути лідером у напрямку бізнес аналізу. Чому сертифікуватися? Дев’ята щорічна церемонія Ukrainian IT Awards пройшла у грудні 2020, член Ради Konstantin Slominskyy допоміг визначити найкращого бізнес-аналітика у 2020 — Mariia Shugurova. Щиро вітаємо Марію!

У 2021 році ми плануємо опублікувати BABOK Glossary українською, регулярно надавати у профільні групи в соцмережах корисну та актуальну інформацію про бізнес-аналіз у світі та Україні, та і надалі сприяти створенню умов для професійного зростання бізнес-аналітиків в Україні.

Щиро сподіваємось, що вам вдалося пройти 2020 без надмірних проблем чи ускладнень, і що 2021 принесе багато нових позитивних вражень. Бажаємо усім міцного здоров'я (!), кар'єрного та професійного зростання у 2021 році!

Congrats with the end of extraordinary 2020, adding brief summary for the year.

This year we have conducted elections and have a new Board of IIBA Ukraine Chapter. Yuriy Gaiduchok became the President of IIBA Ukraine Chapter. The Board now consists of: Denys Gobov (VP Professional Development), Iryna Kriuchkova (VP Community Development), Nadiya Trub (VP Research and Publications), Dmytro Zubets (VP Business Development), Denys Dniprovskiy (VP Marketing and Communications), Volodymyr Koval (VP Professional Events), Konstantin Slominskyy (VP Enterprise Services), and Taras Zakharkiv (VP Strategic Initiatives). Serhii Vynokurov and Volodymyr Nikulin joined us as Directors for supporting chapter development.

Despite the force majeure with full cancelation of UBA 2020 event in Kyiv, we managed to organize and successfully conduct a separate event UBA 2020 Online with the world's best and most recognized experts in business analysis — Ronald Ross, John Zachman, Jared Gorai, Philipp Hendrickx.

In 2020, 46 BAs in Ukraine have received certificates from IIBA (4 AAC, 6 ECBA, 13 CCBA, 23 CBAP), which is a very good result. Profession continues to evolve, and we are happy to see that IIBA continues to lead business analysis direction. Why to certify? The 9th yearly Ukrainian IT Awards ceremony had been conducted in Dec 2020, where our Board member Konstantin Slominskyy helped to define the best BA in 2020 — Mariia Shugurova. Congrats to Mariia!

In 2021, we plan to publish BABOK Glossary in Ukrainian, regularly provide useful and relevant updates to professional communities about business analysis in Ukraine and worldwide, and continue to support conditions for professional growth of BAs in Ukraine.
